This is why I live in the Midwest! Great people that want to help. Excellent service and attitude. Tornado sirens started and they just put me in the hangar to keep the a/c safe (it was a NASTY storm!). I'll be back-it's a very nice town! Thanks again.

Stayed overnight June 22 and can't say enough about how much we liked this FBO. Met us with a red carpet and helped with the luggage. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. A very well equipped facility. If looking for a good restaurant in town for dinner the East 40 Chophouse & Tavern was great. Steaks tender and perfectly cooked.

Fantastic! Stopped both ways for fuel on a trip west and Bismarck Aero was by far the best FBO I have been to. Our return overnight stop was on a Sunday and we had a flat tire. Their ace mechanic Howard came in on his day off and had us fixed in no time. A nice clean crew car was provided and Howard even clipped out the movie section of the local paper. Entire staff was friendly and professional.

The customer service is one of the best in the country. To be a base customer and to have the top notch service we have is unheard of. Nice newly remodeled FBO and they do what ever they can to accommodate. We see transient customers receiving the best care and very quick turnarounds. Good Luck Bismarck Aero Center!

Huge sign out front says "Under New Ownership" and whoever the new owners are, congratulations are due. Super friendly, very helpful staff. They drove us down to Brand X to pick up a rental car, refueled us, helped us unload the baggage and load it into the car, towed the a/c to parking, tied it down, loaned us their office computer and printer. This was the best stop in 2400 miles!!

Great service on the way to and from Oshkosh, and they even gave us a discount. They also hangared our airplane when it appeared a thunderstorm was approaching, and they didn't ask and didn't charge for the service! On top of all that, when our hotel didn't have van service immediately available, they took us, our bag, and our one-year-old 10 miles to our hotel, then picked us up the next morning! What a great shop!
