What
does it take to get your Private Pilots
License ? |
Step 1 - Complete a Medical Physical for Aviation.
Step 2 - Complete your written exam (self study or AMS
Ground School).
Step 3 - Complete at least 20 hours of Flight Instruction.
Step 4 - Complete at least 10 hours of logged Solo time.
Step 5 - Complete a total of at least 40 hours of logged
flight time.
Step 6 - Be proficient in the area of operations as specified
in FAR 61.
Step 7 - Complete your Practical Flight Exam.
